REGISTRATION IS FREE OF CHARGE, BUT IT IS MANDATORY TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.

Complimentary registration is available for General Practitioners and Family Doctors. In order to benefit from the complimentary registration, a submission of your status confirmation (letter stating your position as General Practitioner or Family doctor signed by the Head of Department/ Institute/ Company or an employee card) must be uploaded during the online registration.

Specialists, including but not limited to endocrinologists, internists, cardiologists, and nephrologists, are also invited to register free of charge. Like General Practitioners and Family Doctors, specialists are required to submit a document confirming their professional status as part of the registration process.

All cancellations must be emailed to reg_careme23@kenes.com prior to the event.

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
